For Our Valued Groupon Customers




Thank you very much for purchasing a Groupon for the Marriage Enrichment Through Dance program.  We are looking forward to sharing this unique program with you and your spouse.

To redeem your Groupon, please fill out the required information below.  Once your registration form is received, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with detailed driving directions to the class location, as well as answers to other FAQ's.  Please note that confirmation e-mails are NOT automatically generated, so you may not receive it immediately after your registration is submitted.  Please allow 24 hours to receive the confirmation, although they are usually sent much sooner.

June 13th - July 25th / Thursday Nights 7:15 pm (No Class 7/4)

POLICIES:

Pre-registration is required for all sessions.

A session is a consecutive 6-week series of classes on a specific day and time. 

Once your registration has been confirmed, you have been registered for the 6-week session in its entirety, and you will not be able to switch to a different session.

Credit is not given if you are unable to attend all six classes.  A make-up opportunity MAY be available, but is not guaranteed.

Upon confirmation of your registration, your Groupon will be marked as redeemed.  If you need to cancel your registration, or switch to a different session, you must provide a cancelation notice to The Art of Dance AT LEAST 7 days in advance of the first class in your session or a fee of up to the value of your Groupon may be charged to make a registration change.

I understand that if I need to cancel or change my registration, I must provide The Art of Dance with notice at least 7 days prior to the first class in the session for which I am registered.  Failure to provide 7 days notice will result in a rescheduling fee of up to the value of my Groupon.

I understand the The Art of Dance does not offer a credit if I miss a class during my six-week session.
